# Reputation Score

> Compute reputation score with trust decay for an entity.

If trust_score/cluster are omitted, a SIMPLIFIED score is derived from country risk
and the sanctions screen only (requires country): no registry, domain or financial
check runs. The response says so in ``score_basis``.
